Our process includes interviews to determine the processes that will be involved in the implementation. The software system will be designed to meet your specific needs. All initial folders, queries and forms will be completed as part the initial system implementation. Training and knowledge transfer concludes our process.

Document Management Services
Document Management Consulting: Our Enterprise Content Management Practitioner (ECMp) certified consultants have capability to provide full system integration services as well as custom programming if required. A key factor in choosing a WesTech solution is that system configuration replaces the need for custom programming in most cases.

Requirements Analysis: We provide professional services to analyze document requirements for all business records included those created digitally, scanned, received via email, fax, and originals stored as hard-copies. The methodology we will use will be interview, observation, discussion of conclusions with the Customer Project team, documentation of findings, preparation of final report and conducting an on-site Executive presentation. Our deliverables include the written report, exhibits of supporting information, and the presentation to management and handouts for the Project Team and Executive Management briefings.

Customer Training: We use a comprehensive approach in customer education that integrates different parts of the solution into a coherent whole. First, we design the application in partnership with designated members of each department. This gives us an understanding of the underlying goals, procedures of their application, as well the particularities of its design. It also prepares the end users for training by giving them an orientation and overview of their application in advance. We then train on the specific application, based on our mutual understanding of its design and the procedures and work routines that will be used in production. The users are taken through the entire work process in an order that approximates their daily workflow.

Post Implementation Services: We provide complete hardware and software support for all products that are a part of your system implementation. Our qualified Field Engineers, Manufacturer's Support Personnel and Software Support Personnel will provide the warranty and remedial support. We will also provide post warranty support for all hardware and software implemented by WesTech eSolutions. Our Premier support provides rapid response for remedial issues and provides for on-site support when remote problem resolution is not possible.

Document Conversion Services
We are a unique resource for those who need complete paper, electronic and large format media conversion services to jump start their transition into a less paper environment. WesTech provides full-service conversion of your paper documents into a non-proprietary electronic image format. We can either provide you with a software package for you to retrieve your documents, or these electronic images can be imported into the document management system of your choice.

Years of experience providing this service make us extremely efficient, which enables us to provide cost effective, quick conversion services. Our conversion services staff has been trained to provide production level accuracy and quality. Each document is visually checked individually multiple times to ensure accuracy and optimum readability. From hand written notes to highly confidential documents, each item is handled with extreme care. When the conversion is complete the images will be searchable by your document management solution. We can provide on-site and off-site services using our new high speed production class scanners.

LibertyNET Support Services
WesTech provides best in class remedial support for your LibertyNET implementation, extending your application, providing upgrade assistance and conversion assistance to convert your system to an alternative document management solution. In keeping with the evolution of document management technologies, we provide and support solutions that are thin client in nature, integrate with Microsoft SharePoint and many types of Line of Business Software. We have extended our capabilities, we now offer replacement of your LibertyNET solution and complete LibertyNET data migration to your new EDMS solution.
